Building Contract Supervision
Quite often the fees which are charged in Supervision of Building Works are more than covered in savings obtained in the design, drawing up of Contracts and the Supervision of the Works. In the present economic climate many contractors are entering estimates at cost and hoping to make profits on additional extras which are charged through the Contract, which the employer is quite often not aware of at the start or during the Contract Works being carried out. This can lead to Contractual Disputes and Legal Claims. Peter Maksymuk Surveying are able to provide Specifications obtain drawings and supervise the signing of JCT Contracts or similar, issue certificates of payments during the Contract procedure. They are also able to provide CML Certificates for Residential work for Mortgage purposes, particularly with regard to self-build extension works, on residential work.
