What Does A Survey Consist Of?
There are two main Survey reporting formats. A Full Building/Structural Survey which is a more detailed report, or a Homebuyer Report which provides a brief comment on the elements and in provides a valuation and reinstatement (insurance) figure. This is a more economical report.
Shortly the RICS intend to bring forward the Home Condition Report which will not provide a building insurance figure or valuation.
