Structural Building Surveys
These are carried out for both Residential and Commercial Buildings. Peter Maksymuk takes a keen interest in historic residential buildings and is a member of the Society of Protection of Ancient Buildings. Experience includes previous Building Inspection works for Swindon Borough Council, where Peter was a Senior Building Control Officer and supervised the construction of the Honda Motor Works at Swindon and also a number of residential and commercial buildings.Advice within the Building Survey can relate to Planning Matters, alteration works and further advice on proposed extensions for the Purchaser. As a former Senior Building Inspector for Swindon Borough Council for 5 years in the early 1980's Peter Maksymuk Surveying Ltd are fully qualified to undertake surveys and provide additional quality advice. Building Surveys require a more detailed report and requires a substantial amount of experience to advice in both construction and repairs which can be undertaken.
Recent works have included surveying and the supervision of repairs to Chippenham Town Council's Grade 2 Town Hall Neald Hall and Historic Museum as well as providing Energy Surveys for the buildings.
